Ensure your phone is the standard Xiaomi Qin 2 (Unisoc SC9832E chipset with 5MP rear shooter) and not the Qin 2 Pro variant (SC9863A) to avoid partition incompatibilities.

Flashing Guide via ResearchDownload Tool

1. Download the Xiaomi Qin 2 Firmware archive from LinkSave.net and extract the .PAC file on your computer.
2. Ensure Unisoc / Spreadtrum USB drivers are installed on your Windows PC.
3. Run ResearchDownload.exe (or UpgradeDownload.exe) as Administrator.
4. Click the single gear icon (Load Packet) and select the extracted .PAC file.
5. Click the Start Downloading (Play) button.
6. Power off your Xiaomi Qin 2 completely, hold the Volume Down button, and connect the USB cable to the PC.
7. When flashing begins, release the Volume button and wait for the green Passed notification. Disconnect the USB cable and power on your phone.
