About Unihertz Titan Stock Firmware

Unihertz Titan Firmware is the official factory stock firmware released by Unihertz for the rugged QWERTY Android smartphone Unihertz Titan powered by the MediaTek MT6771 (Helio P60) chipset.

This package contains full factory partition images (including system.img, boot-verified.img, recovery-verified.img, vendor.img, tee-verified.img, and preloader) accompanied by the essential MT6771_Android_scatter.txt map file, ready for deployment via SP Flash Tool.

Key Highlights & Use Cases

  • Device Unbricking & Restoration: Ideal for recovering devices experiencing bootloops, soft bricks, failed OTA updates, or corrupted system partitions.
  • 100% Factory Clean: Genuine stock image with zero modifications, ensuring maximum stability, security, and native physical keyboard calibration.
  • Hardware Target: Built specifically for the g61v71c2k_dfl_tee hardware board revision (TEE / Non-EEA variant).
  • Full SP Flash Tool Compatibility: Includes authentic MT6771 scatter file for seamless block-level flashing.

Important Precautions

Warning: Flashing stock firmware wipes all user data stored on the phone. Ensure your phone model corresponds to the TEE revision. We strongly advise selecting Download Only in SP Flash Tool and never choosing Format All + Download to prevent losing your NVRAM and device IMEI numbers.

Flashing Guide via SP Flash Tool

  1. Download the firmware archive from LinkSave.net and extract the archive to a folder on your PC.
  2. Ensure MediaTek MTK VCOM USB drivers are properly installed on Windows.
  3. Open SP Flash Tool, click choose at Scatter-loading File, and select MT6771_Android_scatter.txt.
  4. Verify that the download mode is set to Download Only, then click the green Download button.
  5. Power off your Unihertz Titan completely, hold Volume Down, and plug in the USB cable to the computer.
  6. Wait until the green checkmark circle (Download OK) appears. Unplug your device and power it back on.
