About 15 Seconds ADB Installer

15 Seconds ADB Installer, originally created by recognized developer Snoop05 from the XDA Developers community, is the most practical and lightweight tool for setting up Android command-line utilities on Windows. Instead of downloading full-fledged Android Studio or bulky SDK Platform-Tools packages and manually configuring system environment PATH variables, this utility completely streamlines and automates the process within 15 seconds.

Key Features

  • Blazing Fast Installation: Installs clean, functional ADB and Fastboot binaries in approximately 15 seconds.
  • System-Wide PATH Integration: Adds ADB and Fastboot directly to Windows System Environment Variables, enabling immediate command access from any directory via Command Prompt or PowerShell.
  • Bundled Google USB Drivers: Seamlessly installs signed Google USB Drivers (32-bit and 64-bit), ensuring instant recognition for devices connected via USB Debugging (ADB) or Fastboot/Bootloader mode.
  • Multi-User Flexibility: Supports installation for all Windows users or the currently logged-in account.
  • Compact & Clean: Weighing under 10 MB, it leaves no background bloatware and operates reliably across Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.

Installation Guide

  1. Download the adb-setup.exe installer.
  2. Right-click the downloaded executable and select Run as administrator.
  3. A blue console window will launch prompting: Do you want to install ADB and Fastboot? (Y/N) → Press Y and hit Enter.
  4. Next prompt: Install ADB system-wide? (Y/N) → Press Y and hit Enter (enables universal CLI access).
  5. Next prompt: Do you want to install device drivers? (Y/N) → Press Y and hit Enter.
  6. The Device Driver Installation Wizard GUI will pop up → Click Next → Wait for driver setup to conclude and click Finish.

Verification

To verify proper installation, launch standard Command Prompt (cmd) or PowerShell and execute:

adb version
fastboot --version

If binary version outputs are displayed, your system is fully prepared for Android debugging, flashing, and bootloader management!
